As part of Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute at St. David’s HealthCare, the oncology floor at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center includes 24 patient beds dedicated to the specialized care of cancer patients; a surgical oncology unit with universal beds, which will allow patients to stay in the same room from post-surgery to discharge; and a general oncology unit.

St. David’s South Austin Medical Center includes the areas only bone marrow transplant program providing patients facing blood cancers access to comprehensive care close to home.
