If conservative treatment options don't treat your GI condition, your doctor may suggest surgical treatments. The GI surgeries we offer include:

Endoscopic procedures we offer
We use advanced imaging technology to identify the source of digestive conditions, including gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD), colorectal cancer and pancreatitis. Endoscopic tests and procedures we offer include:
- Anorectal manometry — Evaluates function and coordination of the rectum and anal sphincters
- Bravo esophageal pH — Capsule-based test used to diagnose acid reflux
- Bronchoscopy — Examines airways using a fiber optic scope
- Colonoscopy — Examines large intestine and distal part of small intestine
- Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) — Uses a small camera with an ultrasound probe attached to diagnose lung cancer and infections
- Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) — Uses an endoscopy to examine the esophagus lining, stomach and the first section of small intestine
- Enteroscopy — Uses an enteroscope to examine the small bowel
- Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) — Combines endoscopy and fluoroscopy to diagnose and treat biliary or pancreatic ductal conditions
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) — Takes detailed images of lining of esophagus and stomach as well as walls of upper and lower GI tract
- Patency capsule — Dissolvable pill used to make sure the GI tract is unobstructed before a capsule endoscopy
- Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) — Uses radiowaves to treat conditions such as Barrett’s esophagus and remove intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia
- Small bowel capsule — Uses a small camera to take photos of the inside of the intestines and identify any abnormalities
