St. David's HealthCare expands women's services in Austin area

Looking to the future, St. David's HealthCare is investing in several project that will lead to increased access to women's healthcare in the Central Texas region.

As we approach the 100-year anniversary of serving Central Texas, St. David’s HealthCare is expanding its women's services at St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas, St. David’s Medical Center and St. David’s South Austin Medical Center. These projects, which include building a new Obstetric Emergency Department with private rooms, developing a dedicated post-surgical unit for women’s oncology and adding birthing suites with laboring tubs, represent a combined total investment of $165.9 million.
