Serving Wells Branch and surrounding communities, St. David's Emergency Center – Wells Branch, a department of St. David's North Austin Medical Center, is a conveniently located, full-service emergency room providing care for all types of acute injuries and illnesses. We offer fast, convenient care, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.

We treat all serious conditions, including heart attacks and stroke.

Our freestanding ER features:

• 24/7 pediatric and adult emergency services
• On-site imaging services, including computed tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds and X-rays
• On-site diagnostic laboratory, including blood work, urine tests and rapid diagnostics

Our clinic serves as an extension of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. We can coordinate transport to St. David’s Medical Center for patients who need inpatient emergency services.

Our ER is located off FM 1825, next to A+ Federal Credit Union and Exxon.
