Information for our visitors
To help you prepare for your hospital visit, we've put together some answers to frequently asked questions regarding our visitor policy.
Visiting hours at our hospital
Our visiting hours are from 5:00am and 8:00pm. Visitors under the age of 12 are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Visitation policies
To ensure the health and safety of our staff, visitors and your loved ones, we have the following policies in place:
- No visitors are allowed outside of visiting hours.
- Up to two visitors are allowed at one time inside critical care units.
- Up to four visitors are allowed at a time in all other care units.
- One overnight visitor is allowed in pediatrics, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), labor and delivery, surgery and end-of-life care.
- One overnight visitor is allowed if that visitor is advocating for an elderly, disabled or impaired loved one.
Visitation restrictions
Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.
