Conveniently located in the Riverside area just off I-35, across the water from downtown Austin, St. David's Emergency Center - East Riverside is a full-service, freestanding 24/7 emergency room (ER) that is available to you at all times, including holidays. Boasting the capabilities of a hospital ER, we strive to effectively to treat a variety of conditions requiring immediate attention.

If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

As a dedicated emergency facility, our doctors and staff are exclusively concerned with the safety and care of those visiting the ER.

In order to most effectively serve the most people we can, we provide the following services:

• Both adult and pediatric care from specialized physicians
• Diagnostic imaging services, including computerized tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds and X-rays
• Laboratory testing, including blood work, urinalysis and rapid wellness tests

We proudly serve as an extension of St. David's Medical Center. If, following examination and treatment at our facility, it is determined that you or your loved one would benefit from inpatient emergency care at the hospital, we can seamlessly organize immediate transport.

Our ER is located on the corner of East Riverside Drive and Tinnin Ford Road, next to The Buzz Mill. Free parking is provided on site.
