St. David's Emergency Center - Arboretum is a freestanding emergency room (ER) located in the Arboretum community of North Austin. As a convenient care resource for those seeking emergency treatment, but who may not have immediate access to a hospital, our facility provides the same level of care you would receive in a hospital emergency room, treating all manner of severe injuries and illnesses 24/7, including holidays.

If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Even as a freestanding facility, we are equipped to treat a variety of emergency conditions of differing severities, including heart attack, stroke and life-threatening injury.

Features of our freestanding ER include:

• Adult and pediatric care
• Imaging capabilities, including computerized tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds and X-rays
• On-site diagnostic laboratory testing, including blood work and urinalysis

We serve as an associated, community-based arm of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. As a result, we are able to coordinate transport to the hospital if you need admission for inpatient emergency care.

Our ER is located off Jollyville Road, in the same complex as the H-E-B and 24 Hour Fitness. Free parking is available.
