Serving the Anderson Mill community and surrounding North Austin areas, St. David's Emergency Center - Anderson Mill is a full-service freestanding emergency room (ER) working to provide swift, effective care for all types of acute injuries and illnesses. We're open 24/7 every day, including holidays.

Our freestanding ER is equipped to treat a diverse range of serious health conditions, including heart attacks and stroke.

Features of our facility include:

• Advanced imaging services, including computerized tomography (CT) scans, ultrasounds and X-rays
• Diagnostic laboratory for blood work, urine tests and rapid diagnostics
• Staffing, equipment and capabilities to provide both adult and pediatric emergency services

This ER serves as an extension of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center. As such, should you or a loved one require admission for inpatient emergency services, we can seamlessly coordinate transport to the hospital.

Our ER is located on the corner of Research Boulevard and Anderson Mill Road, behind Walgreens, in the same complex as Gold's Gym. Free parking is available for all visitors.
