ROUND ROCK, Texas—St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center has named Michael Craun, M.D., a trauma surgeon and certified critical care specialist, as its new chief medical officer. He assumed this position on January 1, 2017.

Before joining St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, Dr. Craun worked as the medical director of trauma services for the Level I Trauma Center at Scott & White Medical Center in Temple.
